To visit each of our Principal’s manufacturing facilities at least once every 4 years.

We are working hard to continue these goals today. Service in the food ingredient market place is extremely important if all of those involved are to succeed in today competitive market.

We are working with our customers and principals to be sure that our ingredients arrive on time, within specifications, and accompanied with all the proper information.

We believe Continuing Education is important for each of us to continue our education. We accomplish this education through attending company seminars, plant visits, independent sources of study, self-study, and public classes. This means continually learning about the various companies and products we represent: what makes them unique, what are the different manufacturing capabilities of each company we represent, what Quality Control systems are in place, what new products and directions are they exploring, and what makes their products stand out when compared to their competitors. This also means keeping updated on the latest business trends, food trends, marketing trends, and new technologies which will enable us to keep our
Business Partners better informed.
